lamb pies
I’ve been making these, but forgot the allspice when I had an afternoon tea 2 months ago and they were kind of flat without the allspice. Inside the pie: ground lamb, shredded carrots, diced potatoes, rosemary, oregano, little curry (not much) don’t forget the allspice, Himalayan salt, paprika. These are great to pull out from the freezer for lunch since they are individual ones like “hot pockets”.
These are delicious. I make the bread/pastry dough in the bread machine.
I only have the dough in the bread machine kneading for 5 minutes, then onto the floured cutting board to roll out a round square for the pie. This time I scooped up the filling with an ice-cream scooper

Thanks! I forgot to include frying the ground lamb in some olive oil to keep it moist.
